About institution

The school was founded by the District People's Committee of Odžaci, the founding act No. 10089 of 19 September 1946.
From 19 September 1946 until 26 November 1973, it existed as a working organisation with full liability.
Since 28 December 1973, it has been constituted as a labour organisation without basic organisations of associated labour.
On 1 August 1975, the primary schools’ working organisations on the territory of the municipality of Bač merged, and the working organisation "Bratstvo jedinstvo" was founded with its headquarters in Bač.
In 6 July 1990, started the reorganisation of the municipality of Bač’s united primary schools organisation "Bratstvo jedinstvo” into independent institutions - primary schools with full liability.
On 24 October 2003, the Municipal Assembly of Bač took over the founding rights by passing the Decision on taking over the rights and obligations of the founders over the primary schools in the municipality of Bač
